Undoubtedly the best hotel in Phu Quoc! From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by its perfect location, nestled by the magical emerald sea, where the water shimmers beautifully under the sun. The atmosphere here is truly serene and luxurious, making it the ideal getaway for relaxation. The staff deserves special praise—they are incredibly welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile, and go above and beyond to ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience. One of the highlights of our trip was the bike tour with our amazing guide, Phu. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire journey even more enjoyable, showing us breathtaking landscapes and sharing fascinating insights about the area. It was an experience we will cherish forever! The interiors and exteriors of the hotel are simply flawless—every detail is carefully thought out, from the elegant design of the rooms to the beautifully maintained gardens and common areas. It’s a place where luxury meets comfort, making every moment here special. And of course, the food deserves a special mention! Every meal felt like a culinary journey, with incredibly delicious and beautifully presented dishes. The variety of flavors and fresh ingredients made every dining experience exciting and memorable. Whether it was breakfast with a view of the sea or a romantic dinner under the stars, each bite was a delight. This hotel exceeded all our expectations in every way! To sum it up: fantastic. We took spacious room overlooking the ocean with beautiful and big balcony, the bathroom, the bed everything is amazing. Hotel has the best beach on Phu Quoc, white sand with turquise sea, great bars and restaurants and property is well maintained with lots of greenery, palm trees, flowers etc. The pools are amazing, hotel lobby and reception absolutely stunning. The staff is also great, polite and helpful. Room service was also very good(amazing burger), with this hotel you cannot be unhappy. Very close to Sunset town, Cable car and around 25mins to the center. Close by on the beach you can find cool beach bars and it is great for evening walk.

Afternoon tea was great They offer complementry pick up and drop off. There is three swimming pool.

We got lucky with the weather so the bay has a beautiful warm shallow beach. However when the winds came in on the day we were leaving, it brought small debris with it. The rooms are very spacious with huge bathrooms too. Housekeeping comes 3 times a day. The spa is heavenly (ask for Hai) and feels very luxurious too. Great activities for both kids and adults - mostly free with a few that you pay for

The hotel is located at the end of a beautiful white sand beach. Until last year, the beach was private, with access restricted to only hotel guests. The breakfast is the best, offering a splendid selection of European and Asian hot and cold dishes, fresh fruits, and drinks—served in a sumptuous style.
